I booked a load with Armstrong on 7/31, David Woods was the broker on this one. The load was as described, a quick loading/unloading and certainly a fair rate. David went above and beyond on this load. I would recommend them to my colleague's!

Very very unsatisfactory. I committed to a load with Ethan that was supposed to have a 10:45 a.m. pickup on 7/31/2024. I arrived at the pickup at 10:30 to be told that it was rescheduled for 08-01-2024 at 7:15 a.m. I kept communicating with Ethan to try to get this resolved to no avail.
I requested truck order not used because of the rescheduling. And Ethan refused to give me tonu. It was not My screw up. It was your company and your customer. I picked your load because it would get me back to Portland, Oregon in order for me to pick up a dedicated run that I have been on for the past 3 months. And I am not going to screw up that load because of y'all's mismanagement
You need to make this right and issue the tonu.
