Brokerage companies can sometimes forget that the truck is just as important to their business as the customer who places an order, Zach Mendiola is a very good broker, and never forgets this.
Zach makes me feel a part of Armstrong and never forgets that my business is just as important as a company with more trucks. I can let Zach or James Dolan know where I’m going to be and know they will do their beast to find a load that fits my needs, even if that means passing my truck to the broker who has the load.
