I love Armstrong

Eric Bey is the best carrier rep I have worked with in my 10 years of supply chain. He is always friendly and treats us like we are a top customer. His dedication and work ethic is the main reason Armstrong has went from a carrier we spend $50k (2021) to $173k (2026 YD). If we are having problems with another carrier, Eric is my guy that I call. If he can't do it then it's impossible. If we have issues with a driver, Eric takes care of the issue before I can even blink. This is only the 2nd time in my career that I have taken the time to call a specific employee out to the company that work for. Grade A service, Grade A Rep.
