Pros

The siding and roof installation went very well. I can’t praise the crew’s professionalism and quality of work enough – they were excellent.

The crew worked efficiently but safely

They cleaned up as they went

They were very respectful of our property

They texted & sent updates or questions as needed & kept us in the loop

The finished project looks great

They cleaned up very well after the job was done

The final walk through was a nice opportunity to ask questions and added to our confidence of the quality of the work


Cons

The cons fall under communication rather than anything related to the workmanship:


Minor confusion among office staff (e.g., one person not knowing what another had said or if I had already been called about a reschedule)

I had asked for a copy of my siding contract in advance of the meeting to sign it, so I could read through it & be prepared. That didn’t happen, so the signing appointment took longer than it needed to.

“What to expect” emails aren’t internally consistent (e.g., different timeframes mentioned throughout both the siding and roofing emails, different amounts listed for how much parking space would be needed, etc)

To sum up, I was happy with the work and would highly recommend ARHT Home Solutions. This is evidenced by the fact I ended up hiring them to do my roof as well as my siding. As an additional positive, I’d also note that they’re very open to feedback and discussing homeowners’ concerns.
