ARHT Home Solutions recently replaced the front door of our house. The company rep came by the house to acquaint us with ARHT, its services, and what it stood for - specifically Artistry, Respect, Honesty, Trust. We were initially skeptical that his presentation might merely be a marketing ploy. However, he patiently listened to us, weighing our concerns, and finally assuaged our fears. We felt that the price negotiated was fair and initiated the contract to have our door replaced. During the time our door was being prepared, an ARHT representative was in regular communication with us to keep us abreast of what was being done and to determine what we might need.
• When the installers and door arrived, we stayed nearby to observe the execution of the job. We were truly impressed with the meticulous approach of the workers; the foreman first shielded the rest of the house from the work area to prevent the spread of dust or debris. The installation of the door was seamless and very precise. We are pleased with the installation process and the superb quality of the door. At the completion of the job, the cleanup was thorough; the workers swept and vacuumed the work area to our satisfaction.
• During the installation, the company rep stopped by to oversee the work, and returned the next day to see the completed job. He reiterated to us the special qualities of the door, and provided us with care instructions.
