Their workers were very professional and kept us updated when they were working on our roof with any adjustments that may have needed to be done. We had Suzanne Chernauskas from ARHT Home Solutions this morning who came to check on our roof. She is a fantastic service-oriented professional. It took her no time to put us at ease by taking ownership of the issue and making her objective assessment based on facts, trends and data. Her conclusions were fair, reasonable and to the best interest of the customer. She earned our trust and we would not hesitate to make any business with her and her Company. I am very pleased with the quality of work done on my roof replacement here in Bowie and especially the quality of the products used; Owens Corning Duration Amber architecture shingles and the synthetic underlayment. I'm looking forward to decades of good looking high performance upgrades from Owens Corning.

After completion of the installation of our roof, they did an excellent job in cleaning the area around the house. Overall my husband and I are very pleased with the results.

I called for service and they responded within two days outside of their scheduled work.

AHRT laid out in detail what they would do, and as far as I can tell (most of their work is now coverd by the shingles), they did it. They turned up on time with a full crew, and the new roof looks very smart. The project manager, Widman, was very attentive, and responded quickly to a couple of minor concerns. I was confident enough regarding their work that I asked them to come back and replace a couple of my dormer windows.

Michael and the team at ARHT did an outstanding job with my roof project. They clearly communicated the process and what I should expect for the install. Prior to install we had a large storm come through and they had a team come over immediately to tarp the roof (in the middle of the storm) to prevent any water from leaking in. Install was great and clean up even better and the roof looks fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Olney, MD area to choose ARHT Home Solutions if they need to have a roof installed.

Widman answered all my questions and also help even move some furniture around for me.

They installed some really cool technology like intake vents for my attic at the front and back of the house to help the blocked air flow !
