I am a first time spa owner. Was quite nervous about the maintenance. But, I feel as though the Arctic Spas folks in SLC are willing to hold my hand along the way. It is a nice feeling to have their support while I learn how to take care of this Spa, which I love, by the way. As questions arise, they are there to promptly and effectively answer them. Problem with the Spa? They come right over and resolve it. It's exactly the support I was looking for.
