The entire experience was great. Adrian was responsive, informative, and very helpful in configuring the right options for my needs and addressing my questions and concerns. The entire process from ordering to delivery and set-up was very smooth with no surprises at all! The recommendation of the End2End cover was awesome - I can't say enough about that particular upgrade! The service tech was great and the labeled bottles definitely help a novice like me join the "spa" family.
