We have had our Arctic Spa for 4 years now and if I ever have an issue I can call and ask for help or order parts and I've never had bad service that's always good and I love my artist Spa thank you very much

We are in our spa EVERY day. We love it. We have also had great experience with the customer service we have needed. They send us chemicals (free delivery) upon request and set us up on a program to auto send us a filter every 3 months. We LOVE our hot tub
