Glenda Cadman

Another great photo and aerial shoot by TJ on my most recent listing. In this competitive market the home went under contract in 3 days. Great photography helps set my listings apart. Thank you TJ.

Architectural Storytelling Replied: Glenda, thank you! Three days under contract says it all, and it’s great to hear the aerials helped tell the story of the home the way it deserved. Always a pleasure working on your listings. Looking forward to the next one

Not only is TJ extremely talented and has an eye for capturing details, but his customer service is above everything else. His website is extremely user-friendly and allows me to easily create additional marketing pieces as needed.
TJ is the first and only photographer I’ve ever had other agents ask who I used for my listing photos. Many can see why his talent stands out amongst others!

Architectural Storytelling Replied: Thank you Emily for taking time to share your experience working with me as your luxury real estate photographer in Denver. I enjoy planning, capturing, and putting together real estate videos with you. I strive to be the easiest piece of your puzzle when it comes to marketing a real estate property together. I can't wait to collaborate again soon!

I have worked with TJ‘s for years. I started using him prior to him, beginning his business and followed him when he went off on his own. His photos are breathtaking and they are the reason that I get more showings to my listings because he makes the photos so magical and compelling. They are works of art. He’s also so pleasant to work with you. Fortunate to have him as my photographer. I LOVE TJ!!!!!

Architectural Storytelling Replied: Marilyn, thank you. You were the first to open your door to my work, and you've been in my corner ever since. So much of how I see a home today started in your listings. It's an honor to keep telling their stories with you. TJ

TJ is an absolute master of his craft. His photographs made my listing shine and stand out above the rest. I attribute much of our success the first few days on market to his excellent photography! TJ is extremely detailed oriented, artistic, and has great vision. If you want to make a huge impact on potential buyers, I highly recommend him to shoot your next listing!

Architectural Storytelling Replied: There’s nothing better than hearing a listing performed the way you hoped, Katie, and knowing the photos played a part in that. Vision and detail are the whole job, so this means a lot coming from you. Thank you!
