Apex Exterior Cleaning

We hired APEX to clean and apply an acrylic seal on our backyard pool deck made of stamped concrete. It turned out beautifully.

On time and performed as promised.

The two employees that came did an excellent job, were very respectful and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to friends and will be using them again in the future.

I have worked with Apex (Formerly, Imperial power washing) for years, alway happy with quality, care and pricing. Gutters were a disaster, we had not cleaned them for 7 years, I wouldn't recommend waiting that long. Jake form APEX did a great job and made sure there was so debris left behind on our patio, walkways or around the house after he completed the job. I will always use APEX for all my power and window washing needs!

The exterior of our house was extremely oxidized. Apex did an amazing job at removing it. I had no idea our house was as dark as it was. We were on a time crunch and wanted the house cleaned for pictures to put our house on the market. They were very flexible and understanding of our situation. I would highly recommend these guys!

APEX removed graffiti of my fence quickly and with no hassle. I called, got my bid, scheduled the cleaning within a couple days, and had my fence completely cleaned.

I recently had Imperial Power Washing out to wash the exterior of my home and to do a thorough cleaning of the inside and outside of my windows, and I am so happy with the results. We had our exterior windows washed and hard water removed. They did a fantastic job! Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. They had to split our appointment up into 2 sessions as they didn't want to harm our windows with the hard water removal rinse (the windows were in the triple digit heat all afternoon) and came back another morning to complete the job. I appreciated their honesty, integrity and again, professionalism. They were also very competitively priced. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We hired Imperial Power Washing to clean the exterior windows of our home. They arrived on time, communicated concerns, and kept to the bid amount. We are VERY PLEASED with the results. Our windows are beautiful. But more importantly, we learned alot about how hard water on windows should (or should not) be cleaned. Our past window cleaner regularly used buffers to remove hard water and now some are scratched. Nothing to be done now except learn from our mistakes. Thank you Jake for all your hard work! Very friendly and prompt company. Was a little disappointed didn’t get the full window service I ordered. The windows/slider was never opened to clean the trim. They have offered to come back out to do so, however it seemed as if they didn’t believe me when I told them it wasn’t done. Was told the owner talked to the person who came out and they will happy to come out to do the job. We also had one of the outside can lights trip the breaker must had gotten water in it but now it doesn’t work. Understand things can happen. Hopefully it’s just the light even thought it’s not an easy fix just hope that’s all it is. Then didn’t realize visa/MC wasn’t an option. Was fine but not sure if it was my oversight or it wasn’t stated.

The services I requested were performed well and completely. Gutters were cleaned thoroughly, windows look great and cleanup of the surrounding grounds and decks was nicely done. Fantastic service!
