Apex has been cleaning our windows as WSU Tri Cities this year. The job was done efficiently adn timely. Communications were great adn the workers did a great job. They also did a roof cleaning on one of our buildings, which turned out to be a great addition to the service.

Apex exterior cleaning is the best in the Tri-cities. I had hard water build up on the majority of my windows and thought I was going to replace them. Apex came out and made them like new. Not only that but they got the oxidization off my siding and cleaned my roof. I have dealt with other exterior cleaning companies and none come close in comparison with Apex. Their knowledge, customer service, professionalism and prices is superior. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Save yourself time and money and choose Apex.

After posting an earlier review that was premature, I need to sing the praises of Apex with regards to their graffiti removal. We had a TOUGH job on our wall that got tagged shortly after it was built. After some early communication hiccups that came as a result of uncontrollable circumstances Apex consistently worked with me and took steps to remove almost unremovable graffiti. They did an amazing job and I would go with them again. Thanks Apex!

Exterior stucco walls visibly cleaner (pressure wash), and exterior windows were cleaned spotless.
