Working with James and the "clean crew" was frustrating as they were not very forthcoming with instructions/information about the work. I was told repeatedly that "all has to go because of mold" so I complied and let them toss in the dumpster or take home for themselves. Weeks into the work I was suddenly able to save a roomful of things plus whatever I could scavenge but not what I desperately would have wanted.to save. Also, they ran the thing so quickly past me (save? or trash?) that I could not document for insurance some thing being tossed so we lost out. Overall, they did what they wanted or had to do while accommodating my very tight schedule of appointments for my 97 year old mother or myself.
