AOA CLEANING AND RESTORATION

One recent morning, I discovered our craw space was flooded unexpectedly. I was overwhelmed by this terrible sight. I went online and AOA Cleaning and Restoration Company popped up and they are located nearby. After reading their rating and reviews, I decided to give them a call. From the receptionist, the service writer, to the cleaning team, they were professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They put my mind at ease for the rest of the day. They sent out the service writer within one hour and then immediately sent the cleaning team over. They started pumping the water and disinfect the area. Working with James and the "clean crew" was frustrating as they were not very forthcoming with instructions/information about the work. I was told repeatedly that "all has to go because of mold" so I complied and let them toss in the dumpster or take home for themselves. Weeks into the work I was suddenly able to save a roomful of things plus whatever I could scavenge but not what I desperately would have wanted.to save. Also, they ran the thing so quickly past me (save? or trash?) that I could not document for insurance some thing being tossed so we lost out. Overall, they did what they wanted or had to do while accommodating my very tight schedule of appointments for my 97 year old mother or myself. Read more >

Called them Friday morning in a panic and James showed up within the hour. He was so professional, courteous, and empathetic. His company had my basement cleaned the same day. When I later pointed out a missed spot, he quickly sent someone back and made sure everything passed my super picky inspection.
