I love AOA Cleaning because they are a local small business and took care of my problem right away. My hot water heater cracked and leaked water in my basement. AOA came over the same day the heater was replaced. James was great---he assessed the damage and gave me a quote . The following day a team came and removed the damaged articles and set up the dehumidifier and 2 fans. Three (3) days later they removed the fans and dehumidifier. From the first phone call to the last humidifier leaving, they were professional, thorough and so very reassuring, helpful and they gave me such a sense of peace of mind. Due to a burst pipe in the middle of the night, I had 3 floors worth of water and damage and they took care of it all, cleanup and removal. I pray I never need their services again. But if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call them. I will definitely recommend them, without any reservation, to anyone who needs their service. AOA came and very quickly took care of our sewer-pipe leak. They removed all affected areas of the floor and walls and cleaned everything up. Additionally, they cleaned an entire area of our basement that was adjacent to where the issue was. The entire area surrounding their job was left in a pristine state and they were very professional. The timeframe they had quoted for the job was accurate. The two men who performed the job were personable and answered all questions I had. They draped tarp everywhere from the job site to the front door to make sure no dirt was transferred during the work. They removed all the garbage and took it with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Sewer sludge and water backed up (October 2022) into the basement with a horrible smell for 5 days. The water left black sludge that turned oily blue covering 95% of the basement. The scent went all the way to the second floor.
