Highly disappointed. The amount of arrogance and discriminating behavior I have witnessed in the last couple of weeks is disheartening. Not to mention the missed opportunity to have the perfect home for my kids and me. Words can't describe how disappointed I am with lack of compassion and total disregard for customer service. Of course you can get ahold of someone at Amy's office, but I guess she herself is too much of a rockstar to personally get back to someone. This is one person and one company who will stop at nothing to get what they want even at the expense of the customer. If I could have left - stars I would.

I'm not quite sure why any business would respond with anything other than a simple apology. Maybe to point the finger somewhere else, but now I feel the need to vent and explain myself even more.
Just so we are clear that my realtor tried several times to get into contact with Amy personally over a weeks period. I have seen the call log and she never responded. I am not even sure if she ever called him at all. Amy would not respond so we could explain the situation and get the ball rolling over a week ago. Possibly Amy didn't want to work with a "trust fund" kid who is trying to move and get settled before his next open heart surgery and his single mother. However, had Amy gotten ahold of our agent last week it would have taken just 5 days to have a cash offer, which would have been here yesterday. Also, if Amy had gotten ahold of us personally she and her client would have known we were willing to go up to 60,000 more than their asking price. We didn't even know what to offer because they were being secretive about the other offer that came in. Which I find amazing that the the other people put their offer in and it didn't take over a week for Amy to get back to them to make an offer. I guess her clients can settle for 40,000 less than what they got. Maybe she didn't explain this to her client properly because she didn't understand it herself from the lack of communication and lack of time to personally answer messages. I tried to work with her before to sell a property and had to end it because after a couple of months I only saw people who worked for her and never even met her once. And no Amy I will not remove my review because that is my experience and people should know you are impossible to get ahold of if you don't think someone is worth your time. If you would like to contact me to explain yourself instead of trying to make up excuses on the internet to save your precious 5 stars then leave me a message, I will get back to you. Even still I don't think Amy knows about any of this because she is too busy and probably has paid someone to answer for her. I am also sure that this review will be paid to be removed like others probably have been.
