Andrea did a great job as our selling agent. We were out of state and could therefore not deal with many of the issues that came up. But she handled it all very adeptly and always kept us in the know.

I used Andrea Martinson to sell my childhood home after my dad’s death. Even though I don’t live in Waterloo and will probably never need a realtor in Waterloo again, Andrea treated me like I was her most important client. She always took my calls and responded to questions in a friendly, knowledgeable and timely manner. There were a few hurdles with the estate that complicated the closing, but Andrea handled them like the professional that she is. She definitely went above and beyond! I highly recommend Andrea!

We were blown away by his helpfulness—when we wanted to measure rooms for replacing carpet before closing, he made it happen and drove 40 minutes to be there for the measurements when I couldn’t make it.
