Trace Heyer was very understanding and patient when researching candidates for our new home. We had an extensive wish list. He was able to check almost all of the boxes and the one that wasn't checked on the home we settled on; Trace came up with an innovative solution that was well within our budget given the price point of the house. We will continue to use this company for the sale of our existing home.
