Amy Phillips Real Estate was incredible to work with from beginning to end. We were connected through Zillow but the original listing didn’t work out and we stuck with her. Treasure Valley in Idaho is a hot market so we had plenty of lost homes due to being outbid. Which brings me to my next point, she dedicated time and effort to my family even though we had a low budget to work with and high standards. Some other real estate agents simply blew us off. Amy and John had incredibly fast response times and really understood what we wanted and what we were looking for. They also provided great referrals to local lenders which saved us a ton of money, we cannot recommend Braiden from Fulcrum Home Loans enough. Amy, John and Braiden worked incredibly well as a team and for that reason we have a beautiful home and we are incredibly happy with our purchase. John and Amy knew we wanted value for our money and absolutely delivered. We will be working with the same team on our next purchase and are highly recommending to family and friends.
