American Window Cleaning & Exterior Services did a great job cleaning our gutters and downspouts!

They were prompt, courteous, and very efficient. They arrived at 10:00 am, powerwashed the house, waxed it, washed the gutters, and cleaned the windows inside and out and we're gone by 12:30. Unbelievable! I highly recommend this business.

I paid $400 to have my house washed. My house is a one story brick ranch. House looks great. The $400 was to include window cleaning which did not happen. I might use them again but only for a house wash. The $400 for a house wash seems a bit high to me.

Service man did a good job. But missed a couple screens. He wasn’t aware that he had to brush off window seals. Reminded him. All and all I’m satisfied

Great price for good work. I had to leave while they were here and they were gone when I returned. I had to call for someone to come back because I could not lock the screens from the inside when I got home. Next time I will make sure I am home while they are here.
