Contacted through the website to clean the gutters on my two story home.
Took a bit for them to initially get ahold of me, but once they did, the whole service was complete within days.
The office personnel were polite. The estimator was friendly. The workers doing the cleaning were professional and polite as well.
No mess left at the house after completion.

Overall, a great experience. I think some of the procedures and services could be explained better and simplified a bit. Some staff members that I spoke with weren’t even familiar enough to answer some of my questions without consulting others. That being said, I would recommend the company as they did a professional job.

Yesterday I used American Window washing for the first time, but it won’t be the last time. The two- person team came on- time, were professional in attitude and appearance, and did everything required to leave me with windows that sparkled. I highly recommend them.

Excellent job! Answered all questions. Ask to have a walk-around-home after they finish just to quickly look at windows. If not satisfied they will correct. Very friendly workers. We gave guys a cash tip, but not required. Was so impressed with windows. Will have ours done again in the fall.

Great job! My windows look amazing. Trevor and Clayton were professional and did a great job. I was working from home on business meetings while they were here and they were quiet, efficient and got their job done while I did my job. Very pleasant and appreciate their customer service.
