They came exact time as scheduled. Removed shoes to respect my carpet. They worked as a team the even washed window screens They finished the job in very little time but did an excellent job. Windows sparkle and no streaks. They gave their best. Very reasonably priced and kept me off a ladder

The two gents they sent out were extremely polite and knowledgeable. The house and windows looked brand new. Heck you could even smell that the exterior of out house had been washed. Outstanding work. Highly recommend.

Although there were issues initially with the quality of the cleaning, this company worked hard to make it right!! They went above and beyond to ensure that the completed project was done correctly. They really do care that their customers are satisfied.

We purchased a 1854 home that was run down and totally revamped the home. From our neighbors we found that the windows had not been cleaned for about 35 to 40 years. Noel and her partner did an outstanding job cleaning. I had a minor issue with the billing and they took care of it without any problems. Andrew was professional and did wonders on our older windows. Very impressed.

We had all kinds of trouble getting the outsides of our windows cleaned. Cloudy "swirls" everywhere that just would not come clean no matter what we tried (4-5 different products). Justin and Trevor came and did a 5 star job. The American Window Cleaning system cleared up all of the "swirls". Our windows are now crystal clear. Justin and Trevor were extremely polite and professional and answered all of our questions. We would definitely use American again in the future and we will ask for Justin and Trevor.
