We have used American Window prior to 11/11/22 and have been satisfied with the services. On 11/10 the temperature was 75 degrees. On 11/10 at 3;15, the temp was 30 degrees and the gutters were frozen. The guys worked to clear roughly 1/3 of the gutters. They cleaned the exterior of windows and left as the sun was setting. It was cold and difficult for the workers to complete their work. The temperature is scheduled to be in the 40’s. If they could could attempt to get the heavy leaves out the gutter, it would be greatly appreciated. Having said all the above, how often do we get such a sudden drop in temp in less than 24 hours? A very difficult working situation.

Good work and clean windows! The only reason they didn't get a 5 star is that the rep didn't check in with me before they left.

Great service and attention to detail. The two cleaners were conscientious and they worked hard. Really happy with how clean windows, siding and gutters are now!

This is the second time we have used American Window to clean and power wash our wooden deck and vinyl pergola. What a difference the service made to our outdoor living area. No more mold or mildew! We have American Window Cleaning do our gutters ever fall/winter. They are extremely detailed and do a great job. Using them for gutters in the fall also provided great deals on window cleaning in the spring.
