The team at American Veterans was too-notched. Jonathan and Pedro were beyond professional and attentive. The entire team did an excellent mitigation job and exceeded all expectations. I.would recommend them without reservation and they made a very difficult situation very easy to navigate for my family and me.

Do what they say and very kind professional men. In the worst weather conditions came within 24hours to my rescue!! Well now I know why price gouging should be illegal 28,500.00 for 4 not 6 trees. Talk about taking advantage of people you should be ashamed!

The worse words to hear, "I think we have a water leak". The first call was to the plumber. The second was to Jonathan at AVR. Immediately Jonathan came to our house and assessed the potential issues and damage. The mitigation began the moment he walked in the house. He is intimately familiar with the insurance process and helped us with everything. I mean everything! The restoration is in process and Jonathan remains engaged. Worth the call.

I must say that this company and their crew are the most efficient and professional people I have ever met. The crew was very courteous, and answered any questions asked and ensured that I had a clear understanding of the work they were doing. Their workmanship is top-notch. A rain shower blew in and they covered my roof in a matter of seconds amd pushed through on what they could work on despite the rain. I'm very impressed with their dedication and workmanship. The fit to finish of the task they performed is outstanding. Upon leaving the construction site for my roof replacement, there were no remnants that they were ever at my house. Everything is in place and no scraps or anything from the old roof were left.
I would definitely recommend this company in any capacity that they work in.

Wish they would reach out directly or their text was clearer as to which property and state they were talking about but after some digging I realized which veteran service this was that I had used and kudos to them for making the work easy and hassle free.
