We had been have issues with our pool but couldn't find the problem. We had another company come out but were unable to find the issue. With ALD, I was able to get a fast and convenient appointment. They reviewed the area with expertise and technology. Our specialist, DJ, communicated each step to us, explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. Pool leak detection. This was the second time we called this company. The first visit was not successful and we were not impressed. The second visit was totally different.

Called them to schedule an appointment for leak detection in my pool. I spoke with a person and scheduled an appointment the first time I called. They said they would call the day before the appointment to provide a specific time for service; they followed through and did! They gave me a specific time range of when to expect the tech; he showed on time! He worked efficiently and found my leak quickly, was actually able to repair it right then (for no additional cost!), and check my entire pool for any other leaks (none!). Everyone throughout the process was friendly and professional.

I have had so, so many bad experiences with service companies that do not answer their phones, do not call when they say they will, tell you to reserve a whole day for them to grace you with their presence (which is difficult for working people to accommodate), and then no show.
