Technician failed to turn hot water on when leaving. Also, seemed to be impatient when
posed with questions. Would benefit from some customer service training. He, however
appears to be very competent and found the problem relatively quickly. I was reluctant to turn
the water on myself because of arthritic hands and fear of electrical shock because of issues
with the circuit breaker near the hot water heater. Finally, the next day we were able to restore
the hot water with the help of a friend. The woman at the house went without hot water for some

I was informed that a thermal leak imaging inspection was scheduled to be done. Not only was it not done but the way in which the “inspection” was done was patently laughable. The tech had pre-determined where the leak was coming from and stated,”it was not his responsibility to determine the cause”. He then went on to flood the 2nd floor lanai and video the exterior drainage. After the “inspection” we were
left with undetermined cause, resolution and future direction.

American Leak Detection was the answer to my pool leak problem. For past several months I noticed a continuous problem of my pool losing water at an alarming rate. My water bill was exceeding $260 per month. That was final straw. American Leak Detection was highly recommended by pool service company. Danny our service tech explained all the process and techniques of how he repairing the leak. He offered to return if there continuous problems.
