DJ Lindsley, the technician assigned to us, did an excellent job of finding the leaks in and around our pool. He also made some epoxy patches to the leaks. We believe the patches are holding, but can’t yet be certain. He made an additional visit at no charge in response to our seeing bubbles in the pool again. He found that they were the result of failing o- rings in a valve that he had not worked on. Apparently, plumbing leaks are not part of their pool leak detection responsibility. Nevertheless, he did manage to stop the leakage of air into that valve by adjusting the o-rings. We are happy customers. Read more >

ALD got out to my house to check pool the day after I called. I am in NH so I relied on them to keep me informed. Eric called me after he was there. I had another conversation with him the next morning and my report was emailed along with photos that afternoon. Very good service.
