This was my first time at Ambiance to get Botox and lip filler. I’ve had Botox before and getting it by Dr. Allen actually didn’t hurt at all compared to the other location I was getting them at. I was nervous about getting lip filler because it looked painful and I was cautious to not get too much. Dr. Allen calmed my nerves, talked me through the steps, and made an ice pack that helped greatly. The lip filler actually didn’t hurt at all! She’s absolutely amazing and I’ll be going to her from here on out!

Dr Allen and Mindy are cheerful, kind and careful. The consultation I had for Botox for lines between my eyebrows and then later for cheek filler and threading, was all professional, not pushy and with a gradual and natural looking results. The procedure was surprisingly relaxing, there are the little pricks of the needle but it was not painful, and I ended up feeling so relaxed and calm, possibly from the endorphins. I highly recommend this facility, and I continue to return. 5 stars!

Dr. Allen and the staff at Ambiance Medical Spa are always very professional. Dr. Allen takes the time to really listen to your concerns and what you want done. I have going to Ambiance for several months and cannot say enough good things about Dr. Allen and Mindy. I have suffered with acne for over 20 years and nothing has EVER helped. Since going to Dr. Allen and Mindy my acne is just about cleared. The scarring has dramatically lightened. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be free from acne. Dr. Allen gives you a variety of options and an honest opinion with out pushing you into anything. The pricing is fair and reasonable. The only thing I regret is not going sooner.

In a pinch I had to schedule an appointment last minute with Ambiance, the ease of communication via text and working with my schedule was great to start off with. Upon arrival the friendly and welcoming lobby and staff put you instantly at ease. But even better is during treatment I felt so informed and educated about not only what I was doing but they took the time to talk about future treatments with me. Highly recommended!

WOW!!! First timer here. I came to see Dr. Lisa for a Vampire Facelift. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. After talking with her and knowing that she REALLY LISTENED, she suggested some things I never thought I wanted. I completely trusted her, and Wow, I am so happy I did!!!!
