Extremely responsive to my query; detailed/comprehensive estimate received via email within hours; scheduling confirmed immediately; our window tech contacted us and arrived well within his stated ETA; he was in uniform, identified himself by name; he worked diligently and thoroughly, no mess anywhere at all throughout the entire team he was cleaning our windows. Once completed, he showed us flaws on our windows (which we had not seen before) and discussed where/how they may have originated. We were thrilled with the result of our window clean and will be returning customers.
