Amazing team!

There are no words to express our gratitude for the way everyone took care of our daughter. I believe in my heart everyone went above and beyond to take care of her. If I could name everyone I would but a few of her favorite were Wylie, shae, amanda, Vanessa, Mary, Jessica and of course Tasha who helped me tremendously.

I found Medical Lodge for my brother after he was hospitalized a couple of times following a major shoulder surgery. I give Medical lodge 5 stars for several reasons. The administrative staff were responsive to my concerns and questions. The nursing staff gave my brother attention not only in skilled medical treatment for his particular condition but also listened to him when he expressed needs. In the health community today, many places overwork and underpay health workers and it shows in their treatment of patients. I did not see that happening at Medical Lodge. The staff treated my brother (a Medicaid patient) with warmth and respect. He said the food was good, the room remained clean, and therapy helped him reach goals. After my brother was discharged, he had an appointment with his primary care physician and she and the nursing staff commented that he looked better than he has...

I can only say good things about Medical Lodge of Amarillo. They took great care of of my mother for the 6 weeks she was there. The physical therapy department worked with her to keep her walking. The entire staff was courteous and friendly at all times. I really do appreciate the care they gave mom.

I had no idea where I would go when I left the Heart Hospital and I knew that I would need attending to , I was blessed with a stay at the Medical Lodge of Amarillo. The staff at the Lodge was friendly and the facility was clean and organized. I actually enjoyed my stay . The food was good . I would recommend the Medical Lodge of Amarillo to anyone who needs this type of care, their goal is to help you get better to care for yourself.

Father was well cared for and got the physical therapy needed to get back home.

rehab services was a new experience for myself, I was at the Medical Lodge and if anyone deserves a award for excellence it would be them. I was treated well, met some great therapist including speech, occupational and physical. They are trained and try to make therapy fun, eager and work you through getting back home. Housekeeping keeps that place so clean. Meals are great and of course if there is something you don;t want they have alternative meals you can have instead. The activity director has a good schedule that residents can look forward to being a part of. Fun, good social gatherings. I would recommend this place to anyone including my own family. Thank you to all of the staff, great team work so pat yourself on the back for a job well done.

It was a pleasant experience being at the lodge

All the people there were respectful and helpful. My PT and OT were great with the therapy I needed ..
The therapy room really needs to be larger since there were times went it was to crowded.....

I really enjoyed my stay at Medical Lodge for rehab. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took very good care of me. The therapy staff was very awesome. The food was very good. The housekeeping staff kept my room extremely clean. All in all my stay was very enjoyable for the reason I was there which was rehab! I would like to thank the entire staff for the wonderful care they took of me.

The facility is clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. They are very accommodating. They food is good.

The staff was all very kind and caring the ot and pt was above average very thoughtful and knowledgeable food was ok I personally believe that there is too much sugar Kool aid. for supper and lunch and water was not offered. So overall I really have no legit complaints. Thanks for the help guys each and everyone. I learned more than how to function again I learned how to live.

Very clean with decent food and overall very kind and compassionate staff including rehab therapists a BIG shout out to Amber,Laura,Lance ,Jackie and Amanda in the therapy dept.also Kayleigh, Jeff, Tonya, Maria,Nicki, and Brandi in the CNA dept. AND many more!
