Alpine recently installed a new hydronic heating and instant gas hot water services at our new property. From the sales through to the installation team the service and support has been excellent. When my gas heater broke down I rang a local tradesman who promised to come out the next day so I waited & waited but he never came.So I rang him again but never came.
After ringing the Alpine group I found there service to be prompt and efficient.
So now I am nice and warm thank you Alpine.

We have just had our second split system installed as we were so pleased with them the first time.
Great service from the office and the installers were great, very professional & helpful - even on a Friday afternoon!
The only drawback is other tradies seem so bad after using these guys.
HIGHLY recommended!!

Murphys Law as always - the Hydronic Furnace Heater failed last Friday during an incredibly bitter cold spell , and the House internal temp quickly descended through the floor. I looked on the Internet for a Hydronic heating Specialist in the Yarra Valley or nearby and Alpine Heating came up , so I called them and spoke with their Office Mgr Simone who was very friendly , courteous , friendly , and helpful. She confirmed that one of their Technicians would attend our Residence the next day - Saturday , which duly occurred. I cannot speak highly enough of the Tech "Daniel" - an affable , courteous , and clearly technically knowledgeable Guy. He quickly identified the problem as the starter ignition ceramic insulated Igniter which has arced across the ceramic insulator body and shorted. He ordered the parts (2 of) which arrived from the Supplier on Wednesday and Daniel...

Alpine Trade Group has looked after both our properties for a couple of years now . When our hot water service broke down in our rental property it was replaced the same day . Our Hydronic heater at home has played up a couple of times and Alpine Trade group come out ASAP to help us in these cold days . There pricing is very good and service amazing , Daniel has been in constant communication with me over the last couple of days to make sure everything is working properly.

I had already installed an hydronic system two years prior with another company and experienced many , many problems before it was finally fixed. I recently decided to add a couple of rooms to system and contacted three different hydronic installers including Alpine to come and quote and service my boiler at same time. Alpine stood head and shoulders above the others starting with their consultant Daniel Colomb who gave me immediate confidence of a person who was highly experienced with a deep knowledge of hydronic as in his field. After his site visit we received his quote, accepted it and within a very short time the rooms were added to our existing system by installers again all showing great professionalism. We have continued to experience excellent and prompt service from Alpine. This last weekend we had a problem with our heating system and they responded straightaway. Fixed within a couple of hours. No charge as we have a membership with them and the heater was covered by warranty. Definitely recommend Alpine across all the areas they cover.
