Alpine Living Boutique

We live in San Diego and bought a townhome in Incline Village that was completely original from the early 90s. Our goal was to quickly remodel to post the condo as a vacation rental. We closed escrow days before Thanksgiving and felt overwhelmed. Not being from the area was a challenge. We were referred to Laurence Lewis and she truly came to the rescue and set us on track. She worked with us to establish what our vision was and helped us determine we were going for a modern rustic look. My husband and I don’t always have the same tastes and she skillfully navigated us through the process to select paint, carpet, luxury vinyl plank and stain to Refinish all the cabinetry in the home. Reaching agreement on that was huge for my husband and I to move forward With the project and it wouldn’t have happened so quickly without her expert guidance. Laurence went above and beyond to call suppliers for the flooring to determined who had it available in the warehouse to expedite delivery. We got it all installed and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Selecting colors is the hardest thing for my husband and I. Laurence has the gift of an amazing eye for colors. She is a beautiful person inside and out. We highly recommend her. You will be so grateful you got the opportunity to work with her.
