From the minute I got off the elevator the employees were fantastic. I had miradry done by Chris and she was great. The whole way through I was comfortable and the staff is all so caring and I don't believe I not once saw somebody not smiling. The place is beautiful and relaxed. Dr. Mok is a true professional. I had a breast augmentation with him (as well as botox) and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his office. I had such a great experience that I stayed with him for botox and I am considering a laser procedure as well. I'm a perfectionist and like things to be done well. I had and have high expectations and Dr. Mok met all of those expectations. In fact, he exceeded them. I would also like to mention Maria from the front desk-Jamie (PA) and Melissa, whom I also believe is a PA. Every single person I interacted with at this office exhibited the highest level of professionalism and an incredibly caring, warm, attitude. I've had multiple questions and concerns throughout my surgical experience and the PA's will give you their own cell phone number to ask questions at any time. Bravo Allure Medical Spa in Livonia, MI. I had vericose veins that were causing pain and swelling. I am moving through the treatments which are fairly painless. The team really treats you well there. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Ambur Clarkston is a wonderful example of what a good receptionist should be. My experience and treatment at the Allure Medical Spa in Clarkston for varicose veins has been wonderful.
Starting with the receptionist Ambur who is warm friendly and always has a smile for you when you walk in the door.

Along with the calming care of the Tech, Katie, her vast knowledge/experience of the process is reassuring, she guides you along the way with explanations of what is happening, as well as what you can expect.

The doctors have all been great, and very professional and would recommend them highly. Their support staff is the best around, they make you feel as though are the most important patient they have.....

From the time you arrive till the time you leave, everyone you come in contact with is friendly, professional, and gracious. The atmosphere is inviting and pleasant. Dr. Mok is such a patient doctor that he held my hand through my procedure because I'm afraid of needles. Jamie is the best when it comes to injections and the check-out ladies Crystal and Danielle are so helpful and friendly. Dr. Mok stays on top of all the innovative technological advances in his practice. I'm glad I saw that commercial that day and I'm glad that they repaired my leg. I had a plastic surgery procedure done approximately 3 months ago by Dr. John Trupiano and I was extremely impressed from start to finish! The office and staff members go above and beyond to make you feel warm and welcomed. They value you as a patient and it shows in how they treat you. I have worked in the medical field for over 15 years and meeting Dr. Trupiano renewed my faith that there are still some amazing physicians out there who understand what bedside manner truly means to patients! He listened to my wants and helped me to reach them, while educating me along with way. The results were perfect and I couldn't be happier with the "New Me". I will be sure to refer anyone I know wanting a plastic surgery procedure to go and see him!!!

Crystal and Jessica at Shelby front desk were very helpful on the day of my transplant. They kept my wife informed all through and during the process. Crystal did a Visia for my wife which was very informative. The front desk also helped to schedule my follow up appointment as well as provided an in room checkout which was very nice so I could just leave. Everyone one at Allure is very professional and helpful.

I went yesterday for my second procedure and what a positive experience. What a wonderful place, the staff are so friendly. Danielle did my procedure the first time. And Paula did my second procedure. Both were very friendly and always smiled. They show care and concern and made me feel very comfortable. I truly appreciate it! Keep up the great work!!

This office is awesome, Crystal at the front desk is very sweet. The entire staff I encountered for a general dermatology screening was fantastic, and very good at their positions. The Dermatologist is fantastic. I chose them for their location (local to my home) but love the office and Dr Mok's (the spa's owner) policy that no one waits more than 5 minutes in the beautiful waiting area ( I actually wanted to sit and relax there, it's beatiful).

Highly recommend for general dermatology or specialized treatments (cosmetic). Love this office

I had ice pick acne scars due to cystic acne for around 10 years. Allure medical spa helped me to even and smooth my skin and get rid (70%) of those scars.

" Kristina Campbell" is an excellent person to work with, she is helpful and informative. On the very first day she told me how many sittings (derma-pen and fraxal laser) it might take and which cream to apply during that time period. She also showed me examples of other patients who had similar issues and the results after treatment.

I love this place and staff, i would definitely recommend to visit

went for a consult went good.. we did have a little wait because the doctor was in surgery.besides i wasnt sure what size i wanted to go with and when i found about the size i would she asked the doc he said no but he would over fill them.. but they made us feel at home and my little boy to great staff!!

Pleasantly surprised! I expected clean, it's a Dr's office after all, but it does not feel like one. Everyone there is quite pleasant, and very confidential. Dr Rey is sincere, kind, frank and helpful!

The staffs and doctors are not pushy to sell more service and products. And they don't look uncomfortable in listening to our questions and demands.
