I cannot say enough good things about the team I worked with at Allied!!! After reporting my whole downstairs flooded due to HOA drains not being kept up, Javier arrived at my home and immediately went to work. He spent hours on removing water from my carpet, called in for back up and later that evening the whole crew was hands on. George, Javier, Alfonso, Carlos and Tito were all amazing. They were kind to my senior dog who wanted to assist them. Always very calm and understanding of my stress and so polite and considerate!

Many trips were made to my house by George and Javier, to check moisture levels and keeping an eye out for mold. Each time, they arrive on time and were very pleasant.

Allied had been the only positive in this very trying time for me. Thanks again guys!

I have been working closely with Allied Restoration Services for the past 2 years with the major damage that was a result of a fire. I am the type of person that likes to know exactly whats going to be done and when it is going to be done and in working with Marlon M and his team I could not have asked for a better group of experts to work with me after the fire. In dealing with all the politics between HOA's and Insurance company's I felt I could trust Marlon and his honesty and integrity to be trustworthy when no one else was. I have had a great deal of experience with Allied Restoration being a Manager or many HOAs. They do great work, communicate extremely well, and are timely in their follow-up and scheduling which is critical when dealing with restoration projects. I would give ten stars if I could. Andy and Jason are who helped us address the reconstruction of our new home after water damage… and I couldn’t be more grateful. Communication was fast, construction happened immediately and efficiently, with impeccable results. Even after the job was done, attention (and plenty of patience) was graciously given regarding current and future maintenance advice so we can protect our new home. I work in the Insurance industry and have worked with Cheryl and Allied. They are quick to address customer needs and are easy to work with from the Insurance side. Cheryl Garcia is my go to when I need a customers claim and needs addressed. I love that they are a one stop shop for customer needs where they can handle water/fire cleanup to cleaning contents to repairing the home back to its original state. I highly recommend using them!

They helped me through the entire process and kept me up-to-date with the timeline of when things would get done during this crazy time. Allied Helped us twice! Unfortunately we had 2 water damage issues just a few years apart and we called on Allied both times. I appreciated not only the level of professionalism but you are never kept in the dark. Jason Dominguez was the one supervising our mitigation & restoration job and I called & texted at all hours and he was always responsive. We discovered a water leak in the piping of our property which caused significant amount of water damage requiring immediate mitigation and rebuild services.

Allied was referred to us by a friend and my experience with the company overall was good but not perfect as can be expected with this line of work. Allied provided guidance on how to navigate the insurance claims as well as completing the mitigation, demolition, pack-in/out, and rebuild processes of our property. A separate plumber was necessary to repair the leaky pipe as it did not fall under the Allied’s scope of work and not under insurance coverage.

Each stage of the restoration had a different supervisor or point of contact. The mitigation/demolition with Tony process went quickly and without hiccups. We then experienced a lengthy delay in start time of our rebuild due to differences in estimates...

Careful, clean and thorough

I highly recommend hiring allied restoration and asking for Edwin .. he has been so great and has made this entire process so much easier. He’s super communicate , detail oriented and professional .. they’ve been so efficient and everything Went super smooth with the job at my house ..they made recommendations based on their expertise and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family for any future work and I think you should too!

We worked with allied and specifically with Jason. He took such great care of us. He was professional and kept us up to date with budget, timing, and delays. And if we didn’t like how something was fixed he always tried to fix it.

Had my downstairs family room flood thanks to my upstairs shower. Called Allied who responded quickly. The first Allied estimator came and seemed a bit disinterested but got the job done, for the most part - he apparently had one foot out the door at the time and left the company shortly after. Andy came in after and was an absolute pro. He always had a positive attitude which was insanely helpful during this stressful situation. All of the workers/subcontractors were professional, trustworthy, and left everything cleaner than how they found it.

My experience with Allied Restoration was exceptional. After some water damage, I had the pleasure of working with them, and I can’t say enough about their professionalism. Jason, our point of contact, was a real pleasure to work with. Most of the work was coordinated while we were abroad, and it’s rare to find a company as trustworthy as Allied Restoration. Everything got crazy when a neighboring contractor accidently crashed their work truck into our garage, causing horrific damage. The people at Allied Restoration really came through and repaired everything rapidly so that our lives could get back to normal. Andy Worrel was very prompt in organizing the repair and was very easy to get a hold of. He took the time to explain everything, which helped my wife a lot emotionally.
