I love carenet! You take classes that are in the form of videos for parenting. They range from 10 minutes to several hours, but they'll never keep you there more than a hour. You earn what they call baby bucks for each class you take, and the longer classes you can earn them for each appointment for that specific class. You can get 3 baby bucks per appointment, and if your partner/the other parent comes with you, you can earn double which would mean anywhere from 2-6 points. They base your baby bucks/points on if you show up on time or call if you're gonna be late, if you do your homework, and participation. 3 missed appointments, and you'll be suspended from going for a month. When you get your baby bucks, you can spend them in their baby botique where they carry items for children from infant to I believe age 4. Their items range from 0.25 cents, to much higher depending on what you need. You can save your baby bucks if needed to get a bigger item such as a pack and play, bassinet. Etc. Their item availability is based on donations. Some items are brand new. They do NOT provide or accept car seats. The last time I was there I got a breast pump for $1 (baby buck). They also have a free bin, with nice items in it. They ARE NOT income based. They help anyone who needs it.
