David was a pleasure to work with! He spot treated all of the stains on the carpet, and completely removed them. He then ran the steam cleaner over the entire carpet. The carpet looks much nicer now. David showed me the dirty water, and it was black like ink! Much happier with our cleaned carpet, and we are hopeful that our allergy symptoms start to lessen.
