I didn't think Pet stains could ever be removed as carpet was pretty bad. After it was cleaned and dried, we couldn't believe it! Stains gone. We thought we'd have to replace carpeting but after their great job, we can now put that expense in the future. Very happy!

Joey did a good job cleaning the tile but did a horrible job trying not to scuff my baseboards. Every room he did he scuffed up the baseboards, in the two bathrooms and kitchen. The scrubbing machine he used got to close to the baseboards and peeled off the paint! All the way down to the wood that you can see the grain of the wood!! When I told him about this he didn't acknowledge it and just told me to pay my amount I owed him. I would of gave this a 5 star review if my baseboards was still the pretty white that I painted them a week ago. I'll be uploading pictures shortly.

UPDATE: Joey reached out to me and tried to make everything right. He offered me a full return or to paint my baseboards. Great customer service! He does value his customers and what they think. Now I've changed the rating to 5 stars! Thank you for making it right.

I cleaned carpets for 3 years and took great pride in working hard for a great result. Joey cleaned my carpet better than I have ever seen. I had to change dates on him 3 times and ended up needing the cleaning only 2 days out. Joey fit me in his packed schedule for a lower price than his competition. I can't say enough good things. Joey called ahead to let me know he would be there within a half hour, which I always appreciate. He was careful to protect my lawn and home interior. The job was done faster than I had expected, but the carpets were visibly stain free and clean. Joey even gave me hints on keeping my home odor free while it is on the market. I will call All Star when I need the floors in my new home cleaned, and I will recommend him to my friends.
