My recent visit to ALL MY CRYO was a “health” wake-up call.
When I learned that my blood pressure was high, too high for ALL MY CRYO, so my session was cancelled. Since this ALL MY CRYO visit, my goal has been to lower my blood pressure so I can take advantage of their services.
It was time for me to be more proactive with my health.
The first thing I did was to modify what I eat, portions sizes, and seemly, just as important, learning to slow down eating what I’m eating. I started tracking what and when I eat.
I have read and use as reference the book “Food: What the Heck Should I Eat?” by Mark Hyman.
I also purchased a wrist blood pressure monitor. I take my blood pressure in the morning, shortly after waking, and around sunset. Recent blood pressure reads have been in the acceptable range, which is encouraging, but...
