This spot changed my life and health! Every single one of the ladies are so kind and helpful. They treat you like a friend and truly take the time to get to know you and make you feel welcome. I had the unlimited membership and it was so worth it. I’ve been doing cryo, compression therapy, LED mask and infrared sauna 2-3x week for the last 6 months and have seen and felt an incredible difference in my body. I suffer from overall inflammation and fluid retention and the combo of my treatments have helped with the discomfort and overall look of my body. I’ll sadly be moving soon and will definitely miss coming here! Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their health and invest in their wellbeing.

I love the staff and the services done there!!! I’ve never reached these results in my life so fast. I’m still amazed at my before and after pictures. I Can definitely feel changes in my clothing. The elasticity in my skin and texture as well. So many different elements that are taking place. I love it!!! Thank you! My three favs are slim sculpt , sauna , and toning.
