I am a senior athlete and I was referred by a friend to try this out. I absolutely love it. The staff was awesome explained everything perfectly. My go to things
Cryo chamber followed up sauna pod for extra calorie burning, detoxing. It also leaves you warmed up after you leave. It's super refreshing and it's an amazing way to start your day. Not to mention that's double calories burned when you stack them back to back.

PS cryo is great for hangovers ! Always fixes me up on bad days.
