I had done something called Cryoslimming back when I lived in the Bay Area, and had great results. However, after moving to San Diego, I was afraid that I wouldn’t find a place that offered this service. Just my luck, I stumbled across All My Cryo! They offer a service called T Shock which works very similar to Cryoslimming. I went in for my first appointment and have been back several times since. Remember, after you leave your appointment, it’s up to you to ensure you have the best results possible. That means, avoiding sugar two before and after your appointment, drinking a ton of water the day of, eating healthy and regularly exercising.

Each time I’ve gone, I had a great experience with the technician and the rest of the staff (everyone is very nice).

I was referred to All My Cryo by an seasoned athlete as I suffered a pulled hamstring at an organized baseball game. I was informed that Cryo is a process which has been researched extensively and it has proven to be a very effective an efficient recovery method. I did a bit of research myself and headed to All My Cryo to give this exciting technique a shot. I was truly pleasantly surprised to find a very knowledgeable staff that really understands and cares for their clients! The vibe at All My Cryo is very Zen and Chill (pun intended!). Michelle is awesome and extremely knowledgeable in physical pain management, recovery from injury and overall physical health and wellness. I highly recommend Cryo combined with the compression sleeves for a pain free and fully recovered body!!! The shop mascot is a huge PLUS!!!
