I used the A_1 garage door about two weeks ago. I must say that the experience was great! As a mother, I have experienced dishonesty with other providers before.

The two wheels at my garage door derailed after hours. He called them and they hurried (at night) to recover. The person who came was friendly and efficient. I called because my garage door was not working properly, they came out the next day. After having difficulty shooting the problem, the technician knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. We had a new garage door and a motor installed by two excellent gentlemen. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after they were done. The door looks nice and works great. I am very happy with this company. The project manager (Omar) also helped a lot. He told us all the information and I had a great time and experience through it all.

This is the biggest meeting with the company's team (project manager). Exactly on time, answered all our questions, and made great recommendations. We can easily move the new garage door by replacing the sensors. With great prices and great service my garage door is going to solve long standing problems. Call them first.

Great and fast service. Very professional The technician fixing my garage door not only fixed it but also made an extra mile and checked around the door. He tightens the bolts and screws that had nothing to do with his work and came for it, and he gave some tips to make the door smoother and better. You can tell when someone likes his work and this man was the same!

They did a good job. The man who came our to home to do the job seemed kind and quick. The lightbulb in the garage door opener went out in 1 week and I had to replace it.
