Professional, courteous. This was stellar service at a competitive price. I’m thrilled that not only did the service tech fix the issues we asked to have resolved, he also repaired issues left by the original installer. I don’t know that I’ve ever been excited about opening a garage door before but it’s a much more pleasant experience now. Money well spent. I will use this service again and recommend it to friends.

I have used A-1 a couple of different times and the quality of the service just keeps getting better. Today came out and replaced both inside and outside keypads. Its so refreshing to meet someone so knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my issues and was able to repair it on the spot! I don't know how this company finds and keeps such great a team together - especially these days! Great company to work with and I cant say enough great things about Craig! I had a new garage door installation yesterday, and can't say enough about the technical expertise and knowledge that the technician, was able to provide. He did an excellent job.He went through all of the options and explained everything I needed to know about my new door.
The customer service of the office staff was also exemplary. I had to change my appointment several times and needed a Saturday appointment, and they were able to accommodate in an efficient and timely manner.

I was very pleased with the service we had done recently. Travis was our technician and he was fantastic to work with - considerate of our needs and situation. The installation of new springs, connection of new sensors and the overall inspection of our door and opener went very smoothly. Prices were reasonable and well explained. This morning as my wife and I were leaving to run errands we heard a loud bang as the door was going down. When we returned, we found that one of the springs had broken. I called A-1 Garage Doors and they let me know it was all under warranty and had someone at my house in less than 2 hours. He repaired it all under warranty and everything is working as expected. Great service from this company when all too often we are treated poorly by our vendors.

The tech sent, Wayne Madore, is a true friendly and knowledgeable technician. If all the representatives are similar to Wayne, Precision is one hell of a company. I will recommend this company to all, even though I hate spending money.

My technician Travis and his partner were very nice. They were polite, prompt, friendly, professional, and courteous. Plus they provided a reasonable and affordable price for the service to get my garage door up & running again. We were pleased with our technicians and pleased with the service.

Noah came over within the hour to help assess the damage. He let us know that he didn’t have the parts needed specifically for our overhead door but regardless he still helped us get the car out and properly put the door down. He referred us to another company that had the specific parts for this door and was so helpful. Couldn’t recommend them enough but would be awesome if they could make the specific brackets and parts needed for some of these overhead doors. Would love to give them our business.

What an excellent experience we had working with Arnold Simpson to determine if we needed a new opener. He was very knowledgeable, personable, respectful, and explicit with his explanations of the pros and cons of our current opener condition. His recommendations were clear and detailed helping us select the right new opener to fulfill our needs. His work was skillful and concise. He thoroughly explained the operation and features of our new unit and completed the programming of the touch pad and our auto's internal control. He also stepped us through the future setup of the phone app to manage the door operator. Arnold was a pleasure to work with and he left us with clear confidence that we chose the correct company to fulfill our garage opener needs for now and in the future.
