This is the second time that my husband and I have reached out to 'All Hardwood Floors LLC' for repairing, replacing and restoring our Hardwood Floors as needed. Melissa from 'All Hardwood Floor's came out to my property in Naugatuck, CT explained all aspects of services including an estimated timeframe for the completion of such a task. She was extremely courteous with responding to the many texts I sent to her about the work being done. Roger was the Contractor whom excelled at what he does. Answered many of my questions with patience. I'm passing on 'All Hardwood Floors LLC' information to family, friends and Co-workers.

We recently had some work done in our attic and unfortunately the workers must have dropped a bleach solution on our oak staircase, which removed the polyurethane coat and damaged the wood in places. We called All Hardwood (on a Saturday) and Melissa came over quickly. We had never worked with them before. She said that it would be a 5-day, $1000 job BUT that maybe we could try to use wood floor repair markers to cover it up and save money. In fact, she ran to Home Depot, purchased a set of markers and came back to test them out. Mind you, we had never met Melissa before! I wanted to pay for the markers and her time, but she refused and simply asked me to "pay it forward". The markers improved the stains enough so that we can deal with it. The previous owners of our house had put in poorly installed tile that needed to be replaced. Andy and his team helped guide us through the entire replacement process and helped us navigate the complicated world of flooring. We opted for new hardwood floors and to get the rest of our downstairs hardwood refinished to match. Andy helped us select a stain to best blend the different wood types and it turned out gorgeous! The work was quick, the pricing was very reasonable and the team took extra care to limit sawdust and debris spread throughout our house. Can't recommend them enough!

Andy and Melissa were ideal partners through a bumpy process that started with a choice for wood based on samples we reviewed, then learning that our condo required carpeting through most of the unit, shifted to wall to wall carpeting where required. Called for a quote in the evening, was expecting to leave a message, but Andy picked up and he made an appointment for the following afternoon. He was prompt and courteous. He measured, we went over details, and he told me he would email the quote in about an hour. He did, I checked reviews and was impressed, I liked the price and told him he had the job. I needed a few days to get the place cleared out, and six days after my initial call the last coat of polyurethane was drying, two days later we were living on new floors! My wife was thrilled which is what I wanted.
