Failure to except responsible and then continue to lie about it. Sprayed our home for 4 years and quality of service went to ZERO. We never had scorpions until last 6 months call them to say we had a issue sop person on the phone said they would be out on Monday to do a special treatment for scorpions the Sprayed one of my citrus trees and killed it. 48" box 6 yr old tree when planted and no was 4 yrs on the ground and 15ft x 15ft. I personally picked 5lbs of lime before leaving town on fishing trip on Saturday they sprayed on Monday I returned Wednesday with a wilted almost dead I then went to the nursery showed the owner pics he sad it was without a doubt the that they sprayed on my tree.we gave the owner the info and he says he called the guy which he didn't, then tells my wife a lie that I told this guy something different which again is a lie. They always answer their phone and address any issues, plus show up which in Arizona is amazing.

It's so hard to find a company like this in Arizona. I keep stating this but once we moved here was shocked that a lot of companies are not responsible.

This company is responsible and employees are the best.

They knock on your door at time of service just to let u know they are there along with asking if you have any concerns or issues.

Freaking amazing. I have recommended them to my husband's coworkers who had a different company and quit showing up and never answered their phones.

Other companies have tried to offer same service and cheaper and I have declined due to the great service this company provides which is the best.
