My husband and I LOVE these guys! They are true professionals. If they are running late, they always call and let you know. Once they arrive, they look at what you need cleaned and discuss the cost-NO HIDDEN OR SURPRISE FEES! They work diligently, until the carpet is perfect. They go over any and ALL spots, until they are totally gone. One time I called Chris, because we had dropped fuchsia printing ink, all over the carpet. He told me that it needs to be dealt with ASAP, so he sent someone over immediately, to work on it. Chase worked on that spot for almost 2 hours, BUT EVENTUALLY GOT IT OUT! My husband and I were so thankful, as well as impressed. We have used All Clean Carpet Clean several times, for our carpets and our upholstery. They always do an exceptional job!
