The financial incentive is important but for me in 2022 my foster mom died if I had an ALF at that time being able to offer her the care and supervision that she needed just someone there that could have called the ambulance could have given me more time with her. performing CPR with 911 on the phone and not be able to save her crushed my world I was too late.
