I really looking forward to the remaining classses and what’s next to come with becoming financially free while still helping my senior community! This is along my passion and calling. Tons of information into starting a successful ALF business. I've wanted to start a ALF business years ago but wasn't clear on how to do it correctly. So I started several AirBNB's instead. It's successful but I'm not getting the high returns I want. Every week your chasing another booking. Enough already!

Have a created one of the most enjoyable and very simplistic attention grabbing business content I’ve ever seen, heard and or personally attended. Believe me, I know about these being a retired civil service servant for 30yrs. You do rack up many.

Their delivery on key topics or the ‘grinding gears’ come to you on cue. So in your mind, it’s understandably clear and to the point, simple numbers that lie true, and it flows smoothly through your brain saying Wow.!! And your pudding is served.
Testimonials were the exact amount and their ‘volume’ spoke about more of a calling and enjoyment rather than ‘saying you have a business’, it definitely separated the contenders.

What’s more amazing, you can review the class after it’s over and see and hear what you missed or was emphasized… For me it was too unravel my chicken scratched...

Two days into the Master Class and I am learning facts about the breadth of potential and cost of owning and/or operating an assisted living facility. I have worked in or with several in my nursing career and seen the need for someone to provide excellent service, but didn't know how to do the business side. I have often thought "It can't be rocket science!" James and Jinje so far have not minced words but given great information and demonstrated that they are committed to seeing us make this dream happen. I am so thankful to have "accidentally" stumbled on their master class ad!

I’m retired and divorced…. I ended up with our family home but had to take a mortgage to pay off divorce. I have a $350k mortgage on a $700k property. My multiple pensions afford me a comfortable life but not a whole lot left at the end of month. ALFDemics is showing how I can turn my situation into something more meaningful and a positive cash flow not only for me in my situation but something much more meaningful to leave to my family.
