Airtopia Adventure Park

We love Airtopia! Always clean, friendly and responsible staff (we love Kinley!), and the food is great as well. We loved the toddler play area option when we were needing that when kids were little. Great family friendly environment and enjoyable for birthday parties as well!

This place is awesome for kids! My daughter loves coming here. The atmosphere is great and so is the staff! One of the staff members, kinley, she was so helpful when we went and so nice to my kids! They love when they go there and get to see her :)

This place was awesome! My kids loved it, prices were fair, and service was great! They had all of the attractions on rotation and when something was closed, we asked for it to be opened and they were on it immediately. Two workers in particular were very kind and helpful, Abbie and Kinley. They were good with the kids, helpful when we had questions, and were very hardworking. All the staff made sure it was a fun environment and everyone was safe. You can tell they really care about their jobs and love being around the kids and families who come in. This was our first time going and they made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. We will definately be coming back and recommending this place to all our friends!

This place is a blast! The staff was focused on safety and making sure the kids (and adults!) still had a great time. One employee stood out, Kinley as having a great way to deal with customers, although all staff were kind and professional. Kinley was just one that seemed to really enjoy her job and being around to help as needed!

I always have such a great time at Airtopia. The environment is super lively and fun. The staff is awesome too everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, patient, and really on top of things.

It was pretty good...It's more for kids10 and under...but fun...our 12 year old Grandson was limited to things he was interested in...but over all a very clean fun place !

The actual park itself is great. Kids have fun. There's lots of different activities. Even when busy there's no real wait. Safety is great. The food and drinks arent cheap for what they are especially with the cost of entry.

My issue is the verse experience. Our family went on Friday evening. There were 8 of us. Several of our party could complete the experience however not all of us. My husband could hear but not see anything. I walked him out. They fixed his headset and he was able to complete it. The 2 youngest had issues and gave up. I was on level 2 when out of the blue I got a huge box saying critical low need to charge. I walked out. The operator tried to get it charging. Still a huge box in my vision. I was asked if I wanted to start over and declined.

We visit Airtopia often with our Jump passes. The kids love it! New management is doing great at enforcing rules and ensuring the safety of the guests. Keep up the good work!

If you don’t mind burning up 20+ minutes to check in when you already have a membership, it’s good. Pretty clean and my kids love it. They NEED a faster check in process..

8 year old birthday party. Great place. Clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Lots to do. Good pizza.

T was nice and helped us out on getting our large group of 6 set up for the immersed vr last minute.

Only ever had good experiences here. Workers are friendly and I don’t know what everyone else is on but the owner and corporate team have been wonderful. All these reviews about their stepdaughter working here just seem salty and revengeful. Get over it move on and be better. Some people are absolutely crazy trying to affect a company, when it sounds like your stepdaughter just wasn’t good enough for the job. Don’t listen to family members of disgruntled employees. If they truly had a problem they should take it up themselves instead of running to mommy. I would never wanna be the kind of person who leaves a bad review just because someone I know was terrible at their job. All these people are ruining the purpose of google reviews. The point is to leave reviews that’s are on topic and helpful and can help others know about the environment and place itself—not how you’re stepdaughter...

Great staff, amazing food, and honestly an awesome place to bring my niece to burn off some energy! The attractions that they have are awesome and while she was playing, I did their verse experience thing and it was amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised when I attended my grandsons 10th bday party here. I wasn't looking forward to the crowds and noise, but there is ample room to not feel boxed in and the noise level wasn't bad. The food is a little expensive, but you are a captive audience while there. The kids had a blast for the two hour party. The pizza and huge pretzel are pretty good. The attention to our party was a lithe lacking, but we did alright.

The young lady served us well, and was very helpful.
