Scheduled an AC tune up online, received a reminder call the day before, and received a text when the tech was on his way. Showed up right on time and got right to work. Booties, facemask and even left a bottle of hand sanitizer for us. They checked all the electronics and refrigerant levels, cleaned everything and gave the system a good bill of health. That I feel is the difference. They dont just look for what is broke, they test everything they can to make sure the system is performing at it's peak. If you have a furnace and AC, call these guys!!

They did a great job. Great communication from start to finish, including reminders and updates on when they would come. They hit the time window perfectly. Crew used shoe covers when entering the house and cleaned up everything well.

Nate and crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with in this situation. From free estimate to putting the check in his hand Nate was professional and explained what services he could offer. He took the time to ask what I wanted my system to do and if he could do it...turns out what I thought was a ridiculous idea he just smiled and said "that's all?" Work was completed cleanly and quickly, they wore booties all throughout the house despite being told it was ok because we were going to scrub the floor right after anyways.
I would have ZERO hesitation in giving a referral or calling them back for maintenance.

I contacted AirLux to get a quote on replacing a furnace. The quote eventually was acceptable and we had them do the work. The work was performed in a timely manner. Professional and great quality. Based on our experience, I would recommend AirLux for your HVAC needs.

Nate installed a new furnace for us in 2018. Our old one had some issues that he found on a maintenance check. They came and installed the new one the next day. Came this last wed for a check and arrived on schedule. Yes we would recommend him to anyone

AirLux is great to work with. This locally owned business is reasonable, thorough, and easy to work with. Prices are very competitive, and they don't try and sell you things that you don't need. I was initially told that I needed a new AC unit. AirLux, however, was able to fix my existing unit instead. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend the guys from AirLux. I received a callback within 10-15 min and Nate was out to my house 30 minutes later. My furnace went out on Wednesday and my new furnace was installed on Friday. And this was the week before Christmas. Nate even left an extra space heater for me to use.

Nate, was extremely helpful with repairing our furnace. He did research on our home before arriving and was straight forward about necessary repairs. This made us happy to have called AirLux, he took his job seriously and valued his customers. I would recommend AirLux to my friends and family. Most places are not as friendly and helpful, most are just trying to make money off costly repairs.
